Die
letzte Nacht hier im Palm Trees Ayurvedic Heritage habe ich wie immer herrlich
geschlafen in meinem königlichen und weichen Himmelbett... das letzte Mal ging
der Wecker um 8 Uhr um ein letztes Mal ins Yoga zu gehen...
The last night here at the Palm Trees Ayurvedic Heritage I slept wonderfully as always in my royal and soft four-poster bed... for a last time the alarm clock went off at 8 am to go for yoga for my last time...

Ich
genoss ein letztes Frühstück am Fluss (Dal - heute ist mein letzter Diättag!)
und dann war es schon bald Zeit für meine letzte Panchakarma Massage mit
Shilpa...
Kulanterweise durfte ich bis zu meiner Abreise das Zimmer benutzen, so meine letzten Behandlungen geniessen und in Ruhe das Massageöl einwirken lassen und abduschen (man sollte es jeweils eine halbe Stunde auf der Haut lassen). : )
I enjoyed my last breakfast on the river (dal - today is my last diet day!) and then it was already time for my last Panchakarma massage with Shilpa...
As a gesture of goodwill I was allowed to use my room until I left, thus I could enjoy my last treatments and shower off the massage oil in peace (you should leave it on your skin for half an hour). : )

Um 14 Uhr
war ich bereit für die Abreise... ich reise doch so viel, und doch bin ich
immer wieder nervös, besonders wenn ich einen Ort liebgewonnen habe... Aber was
bleiben wird, sind meine wundervollen Erlebnisse...
At 2 pm I was ready to leave... I travel so much and yet I am always nervous, especially when I have to leave a place I grew fond of... But what will remain are my wonderful experiences...

So fuhr
ich frohen Mutes mit dem Tuktuk die paar Kilometer nach Palolem Beach zum
Papillon. Ich hatte während meinen beiden Spaziergängen nach Palolem ja so
viele Strandhütten gesehen, dass ich nicht mehr genau wusste weshalb ich gerade
jenes gewählt hatte... als ich einzog, war alles klar! : ) - Ich freue mich ja
so aufs Strandleben!!!
So in good spirits I drove by tuktuk the few kilometers to Palolem Beach to the Papillon. I had inspected so many beach huts during my two walks to Palolem Beach, that I no longer knew exactly why I had chosen that one... when I moved in, all was clear! : ) - I'm looking forward to beach life so much!

Kaum
hatte ich mich wie zuhause eingerichtet erhielt ich schon den ersten Besuch:

Nach
einem weiteren fantastischen Sonnenuntergang setzte ich mich an einen Tisch am
Strand des Papillon und verzehrte meine letzte Schale puren Reis... morgen darf
ich meine Diät etwas erweitern - ich freue mich, denn die Menukarte ist
grandios!
After another fantastic sunset, I sat down at a table on the beach of the Papillon and had my last bowl of plain rice... tomorrow I can expand my diet a little - I'm happy because the menu card is just terrific!

Bevor es
die Treppen hoch in mein neues Heim für die kommenden 2 Wochen ging, stattete
ich Krishna, meinem Nachbar im unteren Stock, einen Besuch ab... und kehrte mit
einem Sack voller Kleider zurück...

Before going up the stairs
to my new home for the next 2 weeks, I paid a visit to Krishna, my neighbour on
the lower floor... and returned with a sack full of clothes...
