Was gibt
es Schöneres als morgen die Augen zu öffnen und auf den Strand zu sehen... Auch
hier im Papillon schlafe ich gut und vor allem lange (meist bia 9 Uhr) -
erstens brauch ich keinen Wecker mehr (im Palm Trees Ayurvedic Heritage hatte
ich ja schliesslich ein Programm) und ich glaube den Zug hört man hier nicht,
oder wird er nur von den Wellen übertönt?
What could be nicer than opening your eyes in the morning and looking at the beach... Also here at the Papillon I sleep very well and above all for a long time (usually until 9 am) - firstly I didin't need an alarm clock anymore (after all in the Palm Trees Ayurvedic Heritage I had a programme) and I don't think you can hear the train here, or is it just drowned out by the waves?

Die
ideale Zeit zum Joggen und Schwimmen ist morgens. So machte ich mich wenige
Minuten nach dem Erwachen auf, den 2 km langen Strand zweimal barfuss und im
Bikini abzurennen... danach ging es flugs ins spiegelglatte Meer! Morgens
herrscht Ebbe und nachmittags ist der Strand doppelt so breit.
The ideal time for going for a run and swim is in the morning. So a few minutes after waking up to run the 2 km long beach twice barefoot and in my bikini... afterwards I went straight into the mirror-smooth sea for a nice swim! In the morning there is low tide and in the afternoon the beach is twice as wide.

Zum
Frühstück setzte ich mich ins fantastische Papillon Restaurant mit einer
ebensolcher Menukarte - mit allem, was das Herz begehrt! Hier wird alles frisch
zubereitet (kleine Wartezeiten) und es hat auch einen echten Tandoori-Ofen! : )
Während
diesen 3 Tagen gewöhnte ich mein Essen langsam wieder an 'normal' an, jedoch
vorerst noch vegetarisch gemäss Prof. Dr. Avadhut: Zum Frühstück traf ich mit
Reini und Helmi im Papillon und genoss meinen heissgeliebten Tee, Reis mit
Spinat, Toast mit Avocado oder Naan mit Hummus. Täglich gab es eine Kokosnuss
und Bananen. Zum Abendessen setzte ich mich ebenfalls ins Papillon und genoss
leicht verdauliche Kost aber mit richtigen Gewürzen wie Dal Palak (mit Gemüse)
und ein Roti, Aloo Palak (Kartoffeln mit Spinat). Nach meinem ersten Abendessen
hatte ich grosse Lust auf Süsses so bestellte fritierte Bananen - ich fühlte
mich so richtig schwach... danach war das Schwächegefühl weg.
For breakfast I took a table at the fantastic Papillon restaurant with a same menu card - including everything a heart desires! Everything is freshly prepared here (short waiting times) and there is also a real tandoori oven! : )
During those 3 days I slowly got used to 'normal' food again, but for the time being still vegetarian according to Prof. Dr. Avadhut: For breakfast I met Reini and Helmi at the Papillon and enjoyed my beloved tea, rice with spinach, toast with avocado or naan with hummus. Every day I had a coconut and bananas. Also dinner I enjoyed at the Papillon and had easily digestible food but with real spices like Dal Palak (with vegetables) and a roti, Aloo Palak (potatoes with spinach). After my first dinner I had a great appetite for sweets so I ordered banana fritters (I felt really weak that day... after that the feeling of weakness was gone).

Am
Nachmittag unternahm ich einen täglichen Spaziergang zu meinem Kokosnussmann
und um die Umgebung/Palolem zu erkunden oder verbrachte ihn auf einem
Liegestuhl am Strand. Die Temperaturen sind perfekt: um 30 Grad (nachts 24) und
im Wasser um 26 Grad... und auf meiner Terrasse geht immer ein herrliches
Lüftchen...
In the afternoon I took my daily walk to my coconut man and to explore the area/Palolem or spent it on a deck chair on the beach. The temperatures are perfect: around 30 centigrade (24 at night) and 26 centigrade in the water... and there's always a wonderful breeze on my terrace...

Am
Samstag ging ich mit Raju und seiner MV Sana auf eine Sonnenuntergangsfahrt.
Am Wochenende hat es viele Inder aus Mumbay und Delhi, so verbrachte ich 1 1/2
vergnügliche Stunden mit lustigen jungen Indern auf dem Boot. Wir bestaunten
Delfine und machten kurze Aufenthalte auf der Honeymoon und Butterfly Beach,
die nur per Boot zu erreichen sind.
On Saturday I went on a sunset cruise with Rijka and his MV Sana. At the weekend there are a lot of Indians from Mumbay and Delhi, so I spent 1 1/2 hours with funny young Indians on the boat. We marvelled at dolphins and made short stops on Honeymoon and Butterfly Beach, which only accessible by boat.

Meine
italienischen Freunde schauten vorbei, wenn immer sie in der Nähe waren, und am
Sonntag Abend besuchte mich Susan, die ich im Palm Trees Ayurvedic Heritage
kennen lernte... wir verbrachten einen harmonischen, philosophischen Abend zusammen.
: )
My Italian friends stopped by whenever they were around, and on Sunday evening Susan visited me, whom I met at the Palm Trees Ayurvedic Heritage, and we spent a harmonious and philosophic evening together. : )

Ich freue
mich 2 Wochen in diesem Paradies verbringen zu dürfen. Der Besitzer Heaven und
seine Angestellten machen alles, was möglich ist, um einem den Aufenthalt wie
im Himmel zu bescheren! Ich erhielt viele Spezialwünsche und einen zusätzlichen
Tisch um bequem arbeiten zu können! Ich hab vollstes Vertrauen zu den Indern
und lasse Fenster und Türe meiner Hütte stets offen stehen - zudem habe ich
Krishna meinen Wächter und Nachbar (Shop unten)! : ))
Niemand
will Goa mehr verlassen... hier ist alles möglich und man braucht keine Uhr... –
das kann ich nur verstehen und annehmen…

I am happy to spend 2 weeks
in this paradise. The owner Heaven and his staff do everything to make you stay
like in heaven! I received many special requests and an additional table to
work comfortably! I have complete trust in the Indians and always leave the windows
and door of my hut open –furthermore there is Krishna my guardian and neighbour
(shop below)! : ))
Nobody wants to leave Goa
anymore... everything is possible here and you don't need a watch... I can only
agree and understand...
